This subcommittee seeks to promote membership development as an ongoing activity for our club.

Purpose:

The committee identifies untapped markets and implements membership development strategies that are appropriate for the club and that will result in membership growth and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 -To develop and implement effective membership recruitment and retention plans;

 -Coordinate club's membership development activities;

 -Maintain communication with other club committees such as public relations committee - to coordinate activities that will aid membership development efforts;

 -Work with the District Governor and club leaders to ensure that the club achieves its membership goal;

-Ensure the club participates in RI or Presidential and the Governor's membership development recognition programs;
